Did you know…Columbia has a surprising connection to the Wild West! The oak bar at Grand Cru restaurant was once in a St. Joseph saloon, where a failed bounty hunter fired a shotgun at the one and only Jesse James—and missed—taking a chunk out of the bar instead. James returned fire, killing the man. That missing chunk of history is still visible to this day!
