Food & Drink Feature

The 4th isn’t just about fireworks—it’s about coming together, sharing a table, and enjoying the simple joys of summer. In that spirit, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes: Watermelon Salsa. It’s refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect sidekick to chips and grilled dishes. Enjoy!

🍉 Watermelon Salsa Recipe:

• 2 cups diced seedless watermelon

• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

• 1 jalapeño, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)

• Juice of 1 lime

• Pinch of salt

Toss it all together, chill for 10–15 minutes, and enjoy! Sweet, spicy, and totally refreshing.
