Heart of Missouri CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) empowers volunteers to speak up for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are under the protection of the juvenile court system in Boone and Callaway Counties.
CASA volunteers serve as a consistent presence in a child’s life—gathering information, collaborating with professionals, and making informed recommendations to the court to ensure each child finds a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible.
