Birdieβs Deli Opens Downtown Location | birdiescomo.com
A popular Columbia sandwich pop-up has officially opened its first brick-and-mortar downtown. Birdies quietly unlocked the doors March 5 and quickly drew a strong crowd, prompting early menu tweaks based on customer feedback. For now, orders are walk-in only while the team finds its rhythm, with phone and online ordering planned soon. A deli case is also expected to launch in the coming weeks, and the shop will be closed Mondays during March while the team settles in.
